Job Title: EDM Operator
Pay: $21 - $24 per hour
Hours: 2nd Shift (3 PM to 11 PM)

What You’ll Do:
As an EDM Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Operating Sinker and Wire EDM machines to fabricate aerospace components with precision.
  • Machining graphite parts to specified tolerances and dimensions with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Monitoring and adjusting machine settings to optimize performance and output effectively.
  • Conducting routine maintenance and troubleshooting on EDM equipment to ensure ongoing functionality.
  • Collaborating with quality control teams to maintain compliance with established quality standards.
  • Documenting production data and maintaining accurate records of work performed for traceability.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in EDM operation, focusing on Sinker or Wire EDM.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to adhering to quality and safety standards.
  • A willingness to work overtime when needed to meet production demands and deadlines.
