Entry-Level Production Associate (No Experience Required)

Location: Durham, NC

Pay: Day Shift: $15 per hour
         Night Shift $16.13 per hour

Schedule: Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule
                  Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule

Are you a recent high school graduate looking for your first full-time role? We are hiring Entry-Level Production Associates in Durham. No experience is required—we provide full paid training. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Working in a team to pack, label, and weigh products for shipment.

  • Inspecting finished products to ensure high quality standards.

  • Operating production machinery and keeping your work area safe and clean.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED (Special consideration for recent graduates!).

  • Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a 12-hour shift.

  • Strong reliability and a desire to learn new skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Schedule Details:
This position uses a 2-2-3 rotating schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on). This means you have more days off during the week and every other weekend off!
