Job Title: Fencing Technician — Urgently Hiring!
Pay: $20–$24/hour to start (DOE)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Overtime as needed)

As a Fencing Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing automatic gate systems. You’ll work directly with customers, utilize your mechanical and electrical skills, and support a team that values technical expertise, reliability, and outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do:
As a Fencing Technician, you will be responsible for:
  • Installing, troubleshooting, and repairing automatic gate systems.
  • Working with wiring, electronics, and control components to ensure efficient operation.
  • Providing friendly, professional service at customer homes and job sites.
  • Performing general maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate service records and documentation to track job progress.
  • Safely operating company vehicles and tools to complete work effectively.
  • Lifting and maneuvering up to 60 lbs throughout the shift to complete various tasks.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Previous automatic gate experience is preferred.
  • A background in HVAC, plumbing, millwright, or related skilled trades is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with electronics, wiring, or similar technical work to facilitate repairs and installations.
  • Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
  • A clean Motor Vehicle Report (driving record required for company vehicle).
  • The ability to lift 60 lbs consistently and work with tools, equipment, and electrical components.
  • Reliability, strong problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented attitude to foster a collaborative work environment.
