Join Our Team as a 1st & 2nd Shift Forklift Operator in Wooster! — Urgently Hiring Forklift Operators in Wooster!
Job Title: Forklift Operator
Pay: $20/hr (1st) $21.50/hour (2nd shift)
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:30pm (1st shift)
           Monday - Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM (2nd shift)
OT Hours: Friday and Saturday during your scheduled shift

What You’ll Do:

As a Forklift Operator, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Safely operating forklifts to load, unload, and transport raw materials and finished products.
  • Moving materials between production, storage, and shipping areas with precision.
  • Conducting routine equipment checks and promptly reporting mechanical issues.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records by scanning or documenting product movements.
  • Organizing pallets to ensure a clean and efficient warehouse layout.
  • Operating additional heavy machinery, such as front-end loaders and skid steers, to handle bulk materials.
  • Loading raw materials into production equipment as directed and monitoring material levels for replenishment.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment or forklifts.
  • The ability to lift up to 55 lbs without restrictions.
  • A high school diploma or GED.
