Welding, Fabrication & Skilled Trades – Multiple Opportunities
Pay: $18.50–$30.00+/hour DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | Day & Swing Shifts | Overtime Available
Start Date: Opportunities Available Now
Locations: Albany, Lebanon, Corvallis, Harrisburg & Surrounding Areas

Selectemp is always looking for skilled tradespeople to connect with manufacturing, fabrication, construction, and industrial employers throughout the Mid-Willamette Valley.
Opportunities May Include:
  • MIG, TIG, Stick & Flux-Core Welders
  • Welder/Fabricators & Fitters
  • Structural & Production Welders
  • Field Millwrights
  • Industrial & Maintenance Mechanics
  • Press Brake Operators
  • Machine Builders & Assemblers
  • Shop & Field Helpers

Depending on the opportunity, work may include welding, fabrication, fit-up, blueprint reading, equipment installation and repair, mechanical assembly, industrial maintenance, and operation of fabrication equipment.
What We're Looking For:
  • Welding, fabrication, millwright, mechanical, or related skilled-trades experience
  • Ability to safely use hand, power, and fabrication tools
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Dependable attendance and commitment to safety and quality
  • Ability to read blueprints or shop drawings is a plus
  • Welding education or certifications are a plus
