Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (2-2-3 rotating schedule)

As a Processing Operator I, you’ll play a vital role in supporting manufacturing operations, ensuring production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You’ll work closely with the production and maintenance teams to meet daily goals and deliver high-quality products that impact customers worldwide.
What You’ll Do
As a Processing Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Operating and adjusting production equipment, including performing changeovers, routine maintenance, and cleaning in accordance with SOPs
- Supporting and coordinating daily production activities to meet targets
- Monitoring equipment performance, troubleshooting, and reporting operational issues promptly
- Performing in-process quality checks and maintaining accurate documentation, including electronic records and deviation reports
- Partnering with Maintenance and Production teams to resolve equipment concerns and improve operational efficiency
- Maintaining a safe, organized, and clean work environment in compliance with safety and quality standards
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to promote manufacturing excellence
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, preferably in food production, GMP-regulated, or quality-focused industries
- Mechanical aptitude with understanding of equipment operations and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with initiative
- Basic math skills, including measurements, weights, and conversions
- Exceptional attention to detail for tasks and documentation
- The ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced environment
