Job Title: Hybrid Advertising Sales Representative Urgently Hiring 
Pay: $25/hr. plus commission 
Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, M-F
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a results driven and enthusiastic Advertising Sales Representative in the Chicago area. This is an exciting opportunity that will contribute to the success of the organization by leveraging your exceptional sales skills and industry knowledge. This position offers a premium office location and a hybrid/remote schedule fostering an outstanding work-life balance culture. 
 
As the Advertising Sales Representative you will be responsible for: 
  • Identifying and engaging with potential clients to promote advertising solutions and services.
  • Developing a deep understanding of products and services, including  print and digital advertising offerings.
  • Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and trends, and creating strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. 
  • Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value and benefits of the advertising offerings.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in direct sales, preferably in advertising, media, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of advertising principles and practices, including print and digital advertising.
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasive selling abilities, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions that meet clients' needs.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and analyze sales performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
