What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Excellent communication abilities to effectively interact with team members and users.
  • Experience with Windows and Mac OS systems as well as common office software.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are a plus.
