Job Title: 2nd Shift Machine Operator
Pay: $17-18 per hour
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM
Start Date: ASAP

Bonney Staffing has partnered with a reputable company who has developed solutions to improve peoples' lives all over the world. They are seeking a skilled individual who has operated and repaired a variety of machines in previous positions!

The Machine Operator job in Auburn, Maine requires a person who will be comfortable operating industrial packaging equipment as well as being flexible to other duties as they arise. Successful candidates will have a positive attitude, be reliable, and eager to collaborate with a team. This is a full time, 2nd shift position.

What You’ll Do:
  • Operate a variety of industrial packaging machines safely and efficiently to meet production targets.
  • Perform routine troubleshooting and minor repairs to maintain equipment performance.
  • Load raw materials and oversee the packaging process to ensure quality standards.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the work area to promote a safe workplace.
  • Assist with equipment set-up and changeovers as needed for different production runs.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and improve workflows.

What You’ll Bring:
  • 1+ year of experience operating industrial machinery in a manufacturing setting.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and twisting throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production environment that demands attention to detail and reliability.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to follow safety guidelines and adhere to company procedures.
