Job Title: Welder
Pay: $22 - $28 per hour (DOE)
Hours: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP

As a Welder, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the highest quality of work. You’ll work closely with the production team to deliver exceptional results and maintain our commitment to excellence in manufacturing.

What You’ll Do:
As a Welder, you will be responsible for:
  • Performing MIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and occasionally aluminum according to blueprints.
  • Reading and interpreting material specifications and blueprints to ensure accuracy.
  • Inspecting welded parts for quality and precision to meet company standards.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly work environment to uphold safety protocols.
  • Communicating any machinery or quality issues to management effectively.
  • Completing other tasks as assigned to support the team.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Prior MIG welding experience (required).
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Must pass a weld test.
  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and reference check.
