Job Title: Pharmacy Manager

Pay: $140,000 - $155,000

Hours: Full-time

As a Pharmacy Manager, you'll play a key role in building and leading a new pharmacy location from the ground up. You'll work closely with your team of pharmacists and pharmacy staff to deliver exceptional patient care and ensure operational excellence in sterile compounding and infusion therapy.

What You'll Do:

As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Oversee all pharmacy operations for a brand new location, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Supervise and mentor a pharmacist and pharmacy manager, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Perform sterile compounding of intravenous medications with precision and adherence to USP standards
  • Manage inventory, workflow, and quality assurance processes to ensure timely and accurate medication preparation
  • Take on-call responsibilities once the clean room is completed to support patient needs outside regular hours

What You'll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Current license as a registered pharmacist in the state of Oklahoma
  • 1-2 years of recent experience and strong knowledge base in intravenous admixture services and intravenous therapy, preferably in home infusion, long-term care, or inpatient hospital settings
  • 1+ year of previous supervisory or management experience
  • Strong sterile compounding skills and commitment to patient safety
  • Ability to build and scale operations in a startup environment
