What You’ll Do:
As an Inventory Control Associate, you will be responsible for performing daily cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy across the warehouse. You will assist with comprehensive physical inventory counts and investigate discrepancies, reporting findings promptly. Your role involves reviewing warehouse transactions for accuracy, identifying root causes of inventory issues, and maintaining detailed records of adjustments. You will also prepare reports and data summaries, support inventory management procedures, and participate in year-end inventory activities. Additionally, you’ll ensure the integrity of processes through random audits and maintain professional communication with internal departments. Flexibility to assist with warehouse duties as needed will be essential to success.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree or 3+ years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations. You should have a solid understanding of inventory processes within manufacturing or warehouse environments and experience with ERP or WMS systems (Epicor preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite is required. Familiarity with Bills of Materials (BOMs), strong analytical and math skills, and high attention to detail are essential. Organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and effective communication are also important. Forklift experience is a plus.
