Job Title: Welder Fabricator
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00+ per hour, DOE
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP

As a Welder Fabricator, you'll play a vital role in producing custom steel components by performing MIG welding, structural fabrication, and precise metal cutting. Work closely with a dedicated team in a dynamic manufacturing setting where your expertise makes a real difference.

What You’ll Do
As a Welder Fabricator, you will be responsible for:
  • Performing MIG welding using .045 wire to create strong, reliable joints
  • Fabricating structural steel components according to specifications
  • Cutting metal parts with shears and plasma cutters for accurate dimensions
  • Operating torches and plasma cutters to shape metals precisely
  • Assembling and welding full-size catch basins and grates per project needs
  • Adhering to safety standards and maintaining a clean workspace
  • Utilizing personal tools including welding hoods and safety gear
  • Learning new fabrication techniques through on-the-job training to grow your skill set

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • At least 2 years of welding and fabrication experience, particularly in MIG welding
  • Experience working with structural steel components
  • Strong measurement, blueprint-reading, and fabrication skills
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform bending, stooping, and twisting tasks
  • A reliable work ethic with a strong willingness to learn and develop new fabrication skills
