You will observe machine controls, gauges, and control panels for any signs of defects or malfunctions and make adjustments as needed to keep production running smoothly.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate will possess experience or training in plastic mold machine operation. A background in setting up, startup, and tending to plastic molding machines is essential. Personal characteristics include attention to detail, reliability, safety consciousness, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Certifications or licenses related to machine operation are a plus. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle materials is also required.
