Job Description


Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Pay: $22 – $25/hour (based on experience)
Hours: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Start Date: Immediate openings!

We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on role requiring technical expertise in equipment maintenance, PLC setup and troubleshooting, and automation systems. If you're a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex mechanical and electrical challenges, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on production equipment, including disassembly/reassembly of mechanical systems.
  • Serve as the go-to technician for all equipment-related issues.
  • Set up and troubleshoot PLC systems and controls.
  • Weld and fabricate mechanical parts and components as needed.
  • Troubleshoot electrical motors, control systems, and related components.
  • Support production teams with changeovers and new product setups.
  • Carry out preventative maintenance and inspections per schedule.
  • Source and order replacement parts; track potential failure points.
  • Collaborate with third-party service providers to ensure quality of work.
Who We’re Looking For:
  • Hands-on technical experience is a MUST, particularly in PLC programming and control systems.
  • Background in automation, maintenance, and machine operation is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Mechanically and electrically inclined with a strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable reading blueprints and technical documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or 2-year tech degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Must have your own tools
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
