Entry Level Warehouse Associate 
Location: South Irvine, CA
Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
Pay: $17.50/hr
Are you detail-oriented with a steady hand? We are looking for a reliable team member to help us build and track small, high-precision parts. If you enjoy focused work and want to learn a specialized skill like microscope welding, we want to talk to you!
What You’ll Do:
  • Precision Welding: Use a spot welder to join small, delicate parts.
  • Quality Check: Use a microscope to ensure every weld is perfect.
  • Inventory Support: Help pull parts for the production line and assist with monthly "cycle counts" (counting stock).
  • Teamwork: Work closely with operators to keep production moving smoothly.
What You Bring:
  • Great Hands & Eyes: Excellent hand-eye coordination and comfort working with tiny components.
  • Focus: You take pride in your work and notice the "little things."
  • Reliability: You show up on time and ready to go.
  • Communication: Fluent in English; if you speak Spanish too, that’s a big plus!
  • Experience: A background in assembly or manufacturing is great, but we are willing to train the right person on the microscope and welder.
