Job Title: Machine Operator
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

As a Machine Operator, you’ll be an essential part of our production team, operating equipment, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. This role provides an excellent entry point for those interested in manufacturing and machinery operation.

What You’ll Do:
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Operating production machinery safely and in compliance with company standards.
  • Pouring crumb rubber from mixers into buckets weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Filling molds with materials to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Carefully closing presses using dual-hand safety controls to prevent accidents.
  • Removing finished products once press cycles are complete.
  • Inspecting products visually for defects and ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Stacking and staging finished parts onto pallets for shipment.
  • Managing multiple presses simultaneously to meet production goals.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
  • Performing daily material and product counts accurately.
  • Working in a warm manufacturing environment with safety at the forefront.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong commitment to safety procedures and workplace protocols.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
  • Prior machine operation experience preferred, but not required.
  • Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is a plus.
