Machine Operator / Embroidery Operator – 1st Shift | $16/hr | Durham, NC
Urgently Hiring – Weekly Pay – Full-Time

Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring Machine Operators / Embroidery Operators in Durham, NC for a full-time manufacturing opportunity with 1st shift openings.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in machine operation, production, manufacturing, assembly, sewing, textile work, warehouse, or quality inspection.
Pay
  • 1st Shift: $16.00/hr
  • Weekly Pay
Schedule
Monday – Friday
  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM 
Job Duties
  • Operate and monitor embroidery and production machines
  • Load and prepare garments and materials for production
  • Follow work orders and design specifications
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Perform basic machine setup, threading, and troubleshooting
  • Maintain production pace and quality standards
  • Keep work area clean and organized
Requirements
  • Must be able to thread a needle on the embroidery machine
  • At least 6 months of manufacturing, production, machine operator, or similar experience preferred
  • Experience with embroidery, sewing, textile, or garment production is a plus
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive work
  • Reliable transportation required
