Job Title: Maintenance Technician Pay: $23.00 – $27.00 per hour Hours: Monday – Friday, Day Shift Start Date: ASAP 
  Looking for a stable, hands-on role with a consistent weekday schedule? Join our dedicated property management team as a Maintenance Technician and make an impact every day.

What You’ll Do: As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:
  • Perform general maintenance and comprehensive repairs across a portfolio of over 300 apartment units.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, heating, and plumbing issues.
  • Execute construction and carpentry tasks such as installing windows and replacing doors.
  • Complete preventative and routine maintenance tasks to ensure long-term building health.

What You’ll Bring: The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Experience: Proven "jack-of-all-trades" skill set with professional experience in home repair, HVAC, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with rough carpentry and construction (window/door installation); knowledge of heating systems and PEX plumbing.

Location & Schedule: This position is on-site in Waterville, ME and involves traveling between properties.
