Job Title: Forklift Driver
Pay: $18 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday 6am to 2:30pm

As a Forklift Driver, you'll be essential in supporting daily warehouse operations by moving materials safely and efficiently. You'll work closely with your teammates to ensure the workspace remains organized and secure, contributing to the smooth flow of production and logistics.

What You'll Do
As a Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for:
  • Operating forklifts safely and efficiently to transport and organize materials throughout the facility.
  • Handling, palletizing, and stacking bags of wood stove pellets with care, ensuring secure storage and proper handling.
  • Assisting with general warehouse tasks and production support to meet daily operational goals.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to promote safety for all team members.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • At least 6 months of experience in a production or warehouse setting.
  • A minimum of 1 year of forklift operation experience to demonstrate proficiency and safety awareness.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver 40 lb bags regularly without issue.
  • Strong focus on safety, with alertness to hazards and proper handling procedures.
  • The capability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Location & Schedule:
This on-site position is based in Brownsville, Oregon. You'll work Monday through Friday from 6am to 2:30pm, with some Fridays included.
