Pay: $24 - $28 per hour
Hours: 1st shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM | 2nd shift: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

What You’ll Do

As a CNC Swiss Operator, you will be responsible for:

Performing tool changes and handling offsets to ensure precise machining operations.
Changing inserts and maintaining tool integrity to optimize machine performance.
Using measuring tools for in-process inspections to maintain tight tolerances.
Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to produce parts accurately.
Setting up and operating Citizen, Star, or Tsugami Swiss CNC machines.
Monitoring machine operations, troubleshooting issues, and making adjustments to minimize downtime.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

A minimum of 2+ years of CNC Swiss machining experience.
Proficiency with Citizen, Star, or Tsugami Swiss machines.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
Experience with measuring tools and in-process inspections.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic proficiency in manual machining operations (manual skills are a plus).
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Relevant certifications or licenses related to machining are advantageous.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle machinery components safely.
