Hours: Monday – Thursday, 3:00PM – 1:30AM

As a Press Operator, you'll be essential in supporting daily production operations, ensuring that high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency are maintained. You'll collaborate closely with the production team to help meet targets and keep the workflow smooth and organized.
What You'll Do
As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for:
• Operating production presses and machinery safely following company protocols.
• Pouring crumb rubber into molds, lifting up to 50 lbs regularly to assist in the manufacturing process.
• Running press machines using dual-hand controls to ensure safe operation.
• Removing finished products using hand tools after each press cycle.
• Performing visual inspections to verify product quality and identify any defects.
• Managing multiple presses (up to four) simultaneously to meet daily production goals.
• Making mechanical or process adjustments under supervisor guidance.
• Stacking and palletizing finished products efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
• Tracking production counts and ensuring daily quotas are met consistently.
• Working within warm manufacturing conditions while adhering to safety protocols.

• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform repetitive physical tasks.

• Attention to detail and consistency in work performance.
• Previous experience in manufacturing is a plus but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers willing to learn.
