What You’ll Do:
As a Production and Assembly team member, you will:

  • Perform fast-paced assembly tasks such as gluing, precision aligning, and component fitting

  • Work with semi-automated machinery and hand tools as part of the production process

  • Maintain a steady, consistent pace to meet daily production goals

  • Support a continuous production line where each station impacts the next

  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • The ability to work in a high-speed production environment

  • Comfort with repetitive assembly work that requires focus and consistency

  • A strong sense of urgency and awareness of how your work affects the rest of the line

  • Experience in production or assembly (helpful but not required)

  • A dependable work ethic and willingness to meet production expectations after training

  • The physical ability to stay on your feet, move frequently, and bend or twist as needed (not heavy lifting)
