We are urgently hiring full-time Production Operators for an on-site position in Bolingbrook, IL. You will operate specialized production equipment, handle sensitive materials, and support daily manufacturing goals while following strict quality and security standards.
Pay and Schedule
Pay is based on shift and experience.

1st Shift: $17 to $19 per hour
6:00 am to 2:00 pm

2nd Shift: $18 to $20 per hour
2:00 pm to 10:00 pm

3rd Shift: $19 to $21 per hour
10:00 pm to 6:00 am

Full-time, on-site position in Bolingbrook, Illinois

Overtime may be required based on production needs
What You Will Do
As a Production Operator in Bolingbrook, IL, your responsibilities include:

Operating and maintaining production machines to ensure quality output

Following strict security procedures when handling sensitive materials and data

Performing routine machine inspections and basic maintenance
-
Troubleshooting equipment issues and escalating complex problems as needed

Accessing daily work files at production floor workstations
-
Delivering correct materials to each workstation to meet shift goals
-
Monitoring inventory levels and notifying leadership of shortages
-
Running daily production on secure personalization or mailing equipment
-
Completing basic data entry in Excel
-
Documenting production activity accurately
-
Communicating issues to the Operations Manager

Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe

Following all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Qualifications
You may be a good fit for this Production Operator role in Bolingbrook, Illinois if you have:

1 year of machine operation or assembly in a manufacturing environment required

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions

Ability to troubleshoot and reason through machine setup and operation

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good verbal communication skills

Ability to stand for most of the shift

Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
