Job Title: CNC Operator
Pay: $20 - $25 per hour
Hours: 1st Shift - 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP

As a CNC Operator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting daily operations by setting up and running a variety of CNC mills and lathes. You’ll collaborate closely with the production team to deliver results that truly matter.

What You’ll Do:
As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Set up, operate, and monitor CNC mills, lathes, and multi-turret/spindle machines.
  • Load raw materials, verify tooling, and ensure proper machine setup for each job.
  • Accurately interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job instructions.
  • Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools to maintain high-quality standards.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Education Level: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of CNC machining or operating experience with mills, lathes, or both.
  • Experience: 6+ months experience with setup operations for CNC, Mill, Lathe, etc.
  • Capabilities: Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
  • Preferred Skills: Experience with multi-turret/spindle machines is a plus.
  • Personal Characteristics: Attention to detail, quality-oriented, and a commitment to safety.
