Hours: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

Looking for a hands-on role in a stable manufacturing environment? Join a reputable irrigation pipe manufacturing company as a Machine Operator in Harrisburg, OR, where you’ll work in the rolling department to support daily production and ensure the consistent output of high-quality products.

As a Machine Operator, you’ll set up, operate, and monitor machinery while ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the production process.
What You’ll Do:
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

  • Setting up and operating machinery and equipment in the rolling department.

  • Reading job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.

  • Observing machine operations to identify defects or equipment malfunctions.

  • Measuring workpieces to verify accuracy and quality standards.

  • Stacking, marking, packing, and transporting finished workpieces.
What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • No formal education required; previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.

  • Experience or comfort operating equipment such as punch presses, roll forming machines, saws, and grinders.

  • Ability to perform repetitive machine-based tasks for an 8–10 hour shift.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

  • A proactive, safety-focused, and team-oriented attitude.
