As a 3rd Shift Aseptic Filling Operator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our sterile manufacturing process, ensuring every bottle and package meets strict quality standards. You will work closely with our sanitation and quality teams to maintain a pristine environment, operating high-tech filling machines with precision and care. Your expertise will help deliver safe medications to patients worldwide.
What You’ll Do:
  • Set up and operate sterile filling machines to accurately fill liquid medications into containers, maintaining a germ-free environment throughout the process.
  • Wear specialized aseptic gowning, including coveralls, masks, hoods, and gloves, to prevent contamination.
  • Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of equipment and work surfaces using medical-grade disinfectants before and after production runs.
  • Monitor the production line attentively, with the authority to stop operations if any safety or quality issues arise.
  • Complete detailed batch records precisely, documenting each step of the manufacturing process to meet FDA and cGMP standards.
  • Maintain an organized workspace to uphold cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in a controlled cleanroom setting.
What You’ll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or related environment.
  • Manual dexterity and comfort handling small parts and operating machinery.
  • Physical stamina to stand for 2 or more hours wearing full PPE in a cleanroom environment.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately.
  • Basic math skills for counting and documentation, along with clear communication skills for teamwork.
