Job Title: Part-Time Custodian
Pay: $17.09 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Start Date: ASAP

Looking for a steady, early-morning position with reliable hours and a supportive team? Join a respected facility maintenance team as a Part-Time Custodian in Auburn, ME. and help keep our workspace clean, safe, and efficient.

As a Custodian, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the plant. You’ll support daily operations by ensuring work areas are ready for employees to start their day, helping create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
What You’ll Do:
As a Custodian, you will be responsible for:
  • Mopping floors and keeping all areas clean and hazard-free
  • Vacuuming carpets and rugs throughout the facility
  • Emptying trash cans and disposing of waste properly
  • Performing light cleaning and sanitation tasks as needed
  • Walking throughout the plant to maintain cleanliness across all areas
     
What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Previous custodial or janitorial experience (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Dependable and punctual work habits
  • A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
