Job Title: Packer
Pay: $18/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–5:00 PM (may vary)
Start Date: ASAP (Temp-to-Hire)

Looking for a hands-on, stable position with a growing manufacturing company? Join a leading manufacturer in Portsmouth, NH as a Packer and help ensure top-quality products reach customers on time.

As a Packer, you’ll play a key role in the final stages of production, ensuring every product is packaged neatly, accurately, and ready for shipment. 
What You’ll Do
As a Packer, you will:

  • Pack tubing products at the end of the production line in a neat, precise, and consistent manner to meet customer requirements.

  • Conduct visual inspections of tubing attributes and ensure post-production pack integrity.

  • Verify labeling for proper lot traceability and perform final checks before products leave the packaging room.

  • Coordinate and prepare packing materials such as poly wrap, poly bags, cartons, and spacers for individual lots.

  • Maintain awareness of laser parameters as process control alarms.

  • Keep the packing area organized, clean, and compliant with cleanroom standards.

  • Vacuum tanks twice weekly and perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Experience & Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving ability, and effective communication skills

  • Personal Traits: Positive attitude, highly organized, dependable, and a team player

  • Physical Abilities:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist throughout the day

  • Ability to stand for 8–10 hour shifts

  • Comfortable handling materials up to 72" in length without letting them touch the floor

  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to stay until work is complete

Location & Schedule
This position is on-site in Portsmouth, NH, working Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–5:00 PM (hours may vary by department needs).
