Shaving Line Operator – Production Worker
Location: Shelton, WA
  • Schedule:
  • Grave: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Sunday–Friday)
  • Swing: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
  • Pay: $17.00 – $19.00/hour
  • Type: 3+ months, possible temp-to-hire
We are seeking a Shaving Line Operator – Production Worker to join a busy warehouse team in Shelton, WA. This role involves preparing bags of pellets for shipment, operating packaging line equipment, driving a forklift, and reporting equipment issues to maintenance supervisors. As a Shaving Line Operator you will:

  • Operate bagging and baler machines, shrink wrap machines, forklifts, pallet jacks, and bag sealers.

  • Conduct quality checks on bags to ensure proper seals.

  • Assist in other production areas as needed.

  • Move finished pallets with a forklift to the stacking area.

  • Use skid steer or front-end loader to load feed bins.

  • Assist Shift Leads with pellet mill operations and report material/moisture issues.

  • Perform basic maintenance such as greasing mills, changing/sharpening blades, and troubleshooting minor repairs.
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Ability to lift and maneuver 40–70 lb bags regularly.

  • 2–5 years of manufacturing/production experience preferred.

  • Forklift experience required.

  • Experience with manufacturing systems preferred.

  • Ability to operate or willingness to learn to operate a chainsaw.
