As a Forklift Operator, you’ll be crucial in supporting our production and logistics processes, ensuring materials flow smoothly and safely. You will work closely with your team to maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and quality.

What You’ll Do:

As a Forklift Operator, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Operate forklift and move, load, and stockpile raw materials and finished fertilizer products.
  • Load trucks, railcars, hoppers, and conveyors with fertilizer and bulk materials safely and efficiently.
  • Feed production lines with required raw materials according to plant schedules and supervisor instructions.
  • Maintain proper blending and storage pile management to prevent cross-contamination of products.
  • Perform routine equipment inspections, including checking fluid levels, tires, hydraulics, and safety systems.
  • Conduct basic preventative maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly to maintenance personnel.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • At least 1 year of experience operating a forklift.
  • The ability to lift up to 55 lbs comfortably and without restrictions.
  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Basic understanding of general labor responsibilities.
  • Strong safety awareness and ability to work in a team environment.
