Job Description


Alliance Industrial Solutions has partnered with a world leader in top quality blenders and we are looking for 1st shift Assemblers ASAP! These positions are not on the busline.  This is a full time 1st shift position located in Strongsville, OH.


Shift: 7am-3:30pm Mon- Fri (some OT will be required)

Pay: $15/hr to start
  • Attendance Bonus: If you work through 11/30/2025 and maintain good attendance and you will receive up to a $350 bonus!

  • Upon completion of their first 90 days, employees will be eligible for an increase in hourly pay, paid benefits, profit sharing, 401K and tuition reimbursement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and handle customer parts efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.

  • Perform in-process inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

  • Package, label, and stage finished products for shipment.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and housekeeping guidelines.
     

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

  • Willingness to be cross-trained in all aspects of the production process.

  • Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs continuously.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
