Mechanical Assembler – Urgently hiring in Macedonia, Ohio!

Job Title: Mechanical Assembler
Pay: $20 - $23 per hour
Hours: 6 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday (mandatory overtime)
Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Do
As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for:
Constructing and assembling custom coils according to detailed project specifications with precision and care.
Utilizing hand tools and shop equipment, including shears, drill presses, and cut-off saws, to ensure accurate assembly.
Reading and interpreting blueprints to facilitate efficient and precise component fabrication.
Applying math skills to measure and troubleshoot during the assembly process.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment by following all safety protocols.
Collaborating with team members to promote a positive, productive workplace and contribute to project success.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
At least 2 years of experience in assembly, fabrication, or mechanical roles with a focus on precision work.
Strong mechanical aptitude and effective use of hand tools.
Ability to read blueprints and accurately measure components with tape measures and other tools.
Good math and problem-solving skills, along with a proactive approach to overcome challenges.
Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and work well within a team.

Location & Schedule
This is an on-site role in Macedonia, Ohio, requiring flexibility due to the heavy overtime schedule. Shifts run from 6 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday
