Mill Clean Up Graveyard Shift — Urgently hiring in Roseburg!

Job Title: Mill Clean Up Laborer
Pay: $18/hr (increasing to $19/hr at rollover after approximately 90 days)
Hours: Monday – Thursday (with every other Friday), 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Start Date: ASAP

As a Mill Clean Up Laborer, you'll play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient mill. You'll work closely with the team to ensure the worksite stays tidy and hazard-free, supporting daily operations with your effort and attention to detail.

What You'll Do
As a Mill Clean Up Laborer, you will be responsible for -
• Sweeping mill areas to maintain cleanliness and uphold safety standards
• Shoveling debris and materials to keep the workspace organized
• Using compressed air to clean equipment and workspaces effectively
• Moving lumber and other materials throughout the mill to support operations
• Assisting with general clean-up duties to ensure a hazard-free environment

What You'll Bring

• The ability to lift and maneuver 50+ lbs consistently
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Physical stamina for repetitive movements such as bending, pulling, pushing, and twisting

Location & Schedule
This is a temp-to-hire, on-site position in Roseburg, OR, with shifts from Monday to Thursday, 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Overtime is available and may be required based on operational needs.
