Manufacturing Mixing Operator $18/hr | 12-Hour Shifts | Concord, NC | Urgently Hiring
Alliance Industrial is hiring Manufacturing Mixing Operators in Concord, NC.
This is a full-time, on-site manufacturing position offering weekly pay, steady hours, overtime opportunities, and 3–4 workdays per week.

  • Night Shift: $19/hr
Night Shift
  • 5:45 PM – 6:00 AM
  • Monday – Thursday

Responsibilities
  • Weigh and mix raw materials according to production formulas
  • Operate mixing, blending, and production equipment
  • Monitor batch quality and production output
  • Complete production paperwork and documentation
  • Perform inspections and quality checks
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment or process issues
  • Move materials as needed, including forklift operation
  • Support cleaning, changeovers, and general production needs
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience required
  • Mixing or blending experience preferred
  • Ability to read measurements and perform basic math
  • Comfortable working around industrial materials and solvents
  • Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented
Physical Requirements
  • Stand and walk for extended periods
  • Lift up to 50 lbs independently
  • Lift up to 100 lbs with team assistance
  • Wear required PPE, including respirator and safety equipment
