Job Title: Forklift Driver
Pay: $19/hr
Hours:  3:00pm - 11:30pm or 11pm - 7:30am

Join Alliance Industrial, a leader in the manufacturing sector, as a 2nd or 3rd shift Forklift Driver in Marysville, OH, and make an impact every day. As a Forklift Driver, you'll play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the seamless flow of materials within our facility. You’ll work closely with our operations team to deliver results that matter.

What You’ll Do:
As a Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for:
  • Operating a forklift or riding pallet jack safely and efficiently to transport materials throughout the facility.
  • Lifting and moving products weighing up to 55 lbs. periodically throughout the day.
  • Maintaining productivity in a fast-paced production environment while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Communicating clearly and effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Upholding a courteous and professional demeanor while representing our team.
  • Executing job functions with a strong sense of urgency and accuracy.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • At least 12 months of experience in a production or warehouse environment.
  • Proven experience operating forklifts or riding pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic work setting.
  • A strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
