Pay: $15 per hour
Hours: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

What You’ll Do:
As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for:
  • Accurately assembling components to specifications and quality standards.
  • Effectively utilizing tape measures and hand tools for precise measurements and assembly.
  • Identifying various components and understanding the stages of the assembly process.
  • Conducting equipment safety checks to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintaining a steady work pace independently and as part of a team.
  • Effectively communicating with coworkers and supervisors to achieve collective goals.
  • Standing for long periods and working overtime, especially near the month-end when mandatory overtime is required.
  • Demonstrating the physical dexterity essential for hands-on assembly tasks.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A minimum of 3 to 6 months of experience in manufacturing or assembly.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively or independently.
  • A commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • The ability to adapt to overtime and flexible scheduling.
