Job Title: Mixer Pay: $17 per hour Hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday or Saturday Start Date: Monday Looking for a hands-on career in a growing food manufacturing environment? Join our dynamic team at a long-standing company in Cuyahoga Falls, a local favorite for over 35 years! As a Mixer, you’ll play a crucial role in producing high-quality baked goods while enjoying a supportive and collaborative workplace.

You’ll thoroughly inspect products to ensure safety and quality, and accurately package items in plastic containers according to strict production standards. Collaborate with team members to keep your workspace clean and organized throughout your shift. You will stand and perform tasks for the duration of your shift, contributing to a productive environment. Effectively communicate with team leaders to address any issues that arise during production.

What You’ll Bring: The ideal candidate will have:
  • Strong attention to detail and a dedication to quality assurance
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Capacity to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Willingness to learn and operate essential equipment, including pallet jacks and scales
