Job Title: Account Associate 

Pay: $18/hr

Hours: Monday-Friday 8-5 - remote after training 

Start Date: Immediate Start
 
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Fenton, MO! You will be supporting the Account Managers and Project Managers. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and ready to learn.
 
As an Account Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Handle administrative tasks, record entry, and updates in NetSuite

  • Assist with project setup, scheduling, and vendor/technician coordination

  • Track inventory, vendor orders, and support invoicing

  • Communicate with customers and internal teams to keep projects moving
 
The ideal candidate for this role will have: 

  • 1–3 years of administrative or customer service experience

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office
