Streamline Supply Operations — Urgently hiring Supply Fulfillment Clerk in Fenton, MO!

Job Title: Inventory Clerk
Pay: $19-21
Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP

As a Supply Fulfillment Clerk, you'll support daily inventory activities, helping to maintain seamless service delivery and contribute to overall team success. You’ll work closely with the Supply and Client Services teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and inventory management, making a tangible impact every day.

What You’ll Do:
As an Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for:
  • Administering client supply fulfillment by managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate order processing
  • Processing incoming orders and assisting clients via phone calls and the Supply Queue to address their needs promptly
  • Maintaining strong relationships with supply vendors to ensure timely replenishment of stock
  • Managing the Supply portal alongside the Marketing Manager to keep inventory information current and accurate
  • Collaborating with team members and departments to meet performance targets and improve supply processes

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Previous experience in shipping, inventory management, or data entry
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with inventory tracking systems
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Fenton, MO and offers a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
