What You’ll Do:
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:

Serving as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, adeptly addressing concerns in-person, over the phone, or via email to ensure a positive customer experience.

Traveling between multiple locations as needed to provide comprehensive administrative support.

Assisting office staff and management by streamlining various administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Managing mail processing, filing, and document management while ensuring office supplies remain organized and fully stocked.

Coordinating with various departments to meet operational needs and improve service delivery.

Assisting in obtaining necessary permits for service work, ensuring compliance with relevant documentation standards.

Educating customers on propane appliances, helping them select the best options based on their specific needs.

Blending administrative duties with retail appliance sales, with commission-based incentives for outstanding performance.

Responding promptly to service requests or emergencies, providing effective solutions.

Conducting daily reconciliations of cash and credit transactions to maintain accurate financial records.

Engaging in special projects as assigned by the District Manager, demonstrating your initiative and adaptability.

Performing other related duties as required to contribute to the overall success of the team.
What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.

Experience: At least 2 years in an office or administrative support role; experience in the propane industry is a plus (but not required).

Skills and Knowledge:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, including a strong emphasis on spreadsheets and document creation.
