Job Description

Fairfield County Managed Service Provider is looking for an upbeat problem solver with 1 to 2 years relevant experience to provide client facing operational support and office administration.
 
Primary Responsibilities:
 
- Interact with clients by phone and email to create service requests and provide customer service
- Scheduling Technicians
- Accounts Receivable (create invoices, follow up on open invoices)
- Accounts Payable
- Basic QuickBooks Administration
- Order materials
- Other similar responsibilities as required
 
Required Skills:
 
- Problem solver attitude
- Client focused personality
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Prioritize competing tasks
- Experience with ConnectWise (or similar program) a plus
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
