Job Title: Part-Time AP Auditor – Temp
Pay: $23.50–$27.00/hour DOE
Hours: 16–20 hours per week initially, with the opportunity to increase to 24–28 hours per week as training is completed. Flexible schedule within normal business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

What You'll Do
As a Part-Time AP Auditor, you will be responsible for:
• Reviewing and auditing incoming invoices related to construction and design projects.
• Verifying invoice accuracy, charges, and supporting documentation prior to payment.
• Identifying discrepancies or missing information and following up as needed.
• Working directly with contractors to obtain appropriate documentation and resolve invoice questions.
• Ensuring invoices have the necessary documentation and approvals in place before payment is processed.
• Helping ensure accurate and timely payment of approved invoices.
• Maintaining organized and accurate records related to invoice review and documentation.
• Using sound judgment when reviewing invoices and spotting potential issues.
• Taking on additional accounting responsibilities as training is completed.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• Previous experience in Accounts Payable, bookkeeping, invoice auditing, or related financial roles.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and discrepancies.
• Experience reviewing invoices and supporting documentation.
• Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills.
• Confidence communicating professionally with contractors and vendors.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• High reliability, professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
• Strong computer skills, especially working with accounting records and documentation.
