Job Title: Intake Pharmacy Technician & Prior Authorization Specialist

Pay: $25-30/hr

Hours: M-F 8:30-5pm 

Start Date: February 2026

As a Pharmacy Technician, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations, help drive team success, and ensure a smooth workflow through intake data entry and running prior authorizations. You’ll work closely with the pharmacy team to deliver results that make a difference.

What You’ll Do:

As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Enter new prescriptions into the computer system 

  • Review prescription orders for accurate patient and prescription information 

  • Obtain prior authorizations and appeal insurance denials

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have: 

  • Registered or Certified technician in Ohio 

  • PTCB or NHA preferred 

  • Experience with prior authorizations preferred
