Job Title: Dispensing Pharmacy Technician
Pay: $20 - $24+ per hour (based on certification level)
Hours: Rotating 8-hour shifts between 8 AM - 10 PM, including every other weekend from 9 AM - 5:30 PM (chance to 12am depending on order volume)
Start Date: ASAP

As a Pharmacy Technician, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring patient care and efficient medication dispensing. What You’ll Do:
As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for:
  • Fill daily prescription orders including punch cards, bulk items, OTC medications, compounding, cassettes, and prepacks
  • Manage medication inventory by stocking supplies, processing "shorts," and receiving shipments
  • Print orders, labels, and delivery sheets while maintaining the punch-card calendar
  • Support pharmacists in daily dispensing activities and ensure superior patient care
What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A valid Pharmacy Technician license in Minnesota (Required).
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician status.
  • IV experience is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, especially in long-term care or closed-door environments.
  • Proficiency with pharmacy software and inventory management systems.
