Job Title: Press Brake Operator
Pay: DOE
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (flexibility for swing shifts and Saturdays during peak times preferred)

In this hands-on position, you’ll contribute directly to high-quality metal fabrication projects, working closely with a dedicated team to ensure timely and precise production.

As a Press Brake Operator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our fabrication team by operating and programming press brakes, assisting with metal forming, and helping ensure safety and quality standards are maintained. What You’ll Do:
As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Operating machinery to bend, form, and cut metal components according to specifications.
  • Assisting welding and laser cutting operators as needed to support seamless production.
  • Reading and interpreting detailed shop drawings, including dimensions, angles, tolerances, and finish requirements.
  • Using hand tools, saws, and metal cutting equipment to prepare materials.
  • Collaborating with supervisors and team leads to meet production targets efficiently.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment at all times.
  • Supporting special projects and taking on additional duties as assigned to support team success.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Prior Press Brake operating experience required.
  • Experience operating and programming press brakes, with Amada equipment and software strongly preferred
  • Strong math skills and the ability to interpret measurements accurately.
  • Proficiency with measurement tools such as tape measures, calipers, and squares.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to craftsmanship.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Experience with offline programming software like Amada VPSS 3i or similar is a plus.
  • Basic CAD/CAM experience.
  • Previous experience in a high-mix, low-volume fabrication environment is highly desirable.

Location & Schedule:
