Press Operator Opportunity in Wooster — Urgently hiring in Wooster!



Job Title: Press Operator 2nd and 3rd Shift


Pay: $19.28 per hour


Hours: 2nd Shift (Mon–Thu, 3:45 PM–2:15 AM) and 3rd Shift (Sun–Wed, 7:15 PM–5:45 AM)


Start Date: ASAP

As a Press Operator 2nd and 3rd Shift, you'll role purpose . You'll work closely with manager, department, or team to deliver results that make a difference.



What You'll Do
As a Press Operator 2nd and 3rd Shift, you will be responsible for


  • Operate and monitor press machines to support daily production
  • Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
  • Record production data and maintain documentation
  • Use hand and power tools (including wrenches, screwdrivers, and spot-welding equipment)
  • Assist with setup, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance while following safety procedures
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • At least 6 months of manufacturing, factory, or production experience
  • Press machine experience preferred (not required)
  • Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Strong attention to detail, safety-first mindset, and comfort using hand tools and power tools
