Machine Operator / Production Operator — Immediate Openings
Location: Salisbury, NC
Pay: $15.50–$17.50 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 2:30 PM–12:00 AM
Start: ASAP


We are urgently hiring reliable Machine Operators and Production Operators for full-time manufacturing positions in Salisbury, NC. This is an opportunity for steady work, weekly pay, overtime opportunities, and a path to grow into higher-paying roles.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate and assist with production machinery

  • Load and unload materials safely and efficiently

  • Inspect products for quality and accuracy

  • Complete general production and manufacturing tasks

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

  • Follow all workplace safety and production procedures

What You Need

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred, but training may be available for qualified entry-level candidates
