Job Title: Maintenance Tech Supervisor
Pay:Â $24.00/hr
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30AM – 5:00PM

Join a respected Property Management company with residential communities throughout Eugene, Springfield, and Coburg as a Maintenance Tech Supervisor and make an impact every day by ensuring homes remain safe, functional, and comfortable for residents.
As a Maintenance Tech Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily maintenance operations, perform hands-on repairs, and guide maintenance staff and subcontractors. You’ll support multiple properties—from single units to multi-story complexes—while ensuring repairs are completed professionally, safely, and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
As a Maintenance Tech Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Property Repair & Maintenance

Performing minor roof repairs and checking for roof leaks

Inspecting, cleaning, and repairing chimneys and gutters
-
Repairing or replacing siding, windows, and doors (entry, patio, garage)
-
Repairing fencing and addressing pest abatement needs
-
Repairing or replacing drywall, cabinetry, doors, and jambs
-
Repairing or replacing curtain rods, blinds, locks, and hardware
-
Digging to locate plumbing leaks and repairing galvanized, copper, or PVC lines
-
Performing irrigation system repairs and basic landscaping
-
Performing ducting and ventilation repairs, including resolving blocked vents
-
Repairing dry rot damage
Plumbing, Electrical & HVAC
-
Repairing or replacing faucets, drains, supply lines, and fixtures
-
Repairing, unclogging, or replacing toilets, tubs, showers, and sinks
-
Repairing or replacing water heaters, dishwashers, and ranges
-
Troubleshooting electrical circuits and repairing light fixtures, fans, and controls

Troubleshooting and repairing heating systems

Repairing or replacing refrigerators
Facility Operations & Oversight

Performing pool testing and monitoring chemical balance

Directing and coordinating subcontractors

Submitting maintenance suggestions and improvement recommendations

Maintaining accurate records of time, expenditures, and repairs
-
Using company resources responsibly and ensuring all work is done safely and efficiently
General Expectations

Driving to job sites daily (valid driver’s license required)

Maintaining an insurable driving record and bondable lifestyle
-
Lifting 50–75 lbs as needed

Providing courteous, professional service to residents and staff

Performing additional duties as needed based on property demands
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience in maintenance, repair, or skilled trades
- Management or supervisory experience in property management or related fields
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting a wider team
- Commitment to safety, professionalism, and high-quality workmanship

Location & Schedule
This position is on-site across multiple properties in Eugene, Springfield, and Coburg, with a full-time schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:30AM–5:00PM.
