As a Registration Clerk, you'll be the friendly face and efficient administrator at the front desk, managing daily operations and delivering exceptional customer service in the trailer registration department. What You'll Do
As a Registration Clerk, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Managing incoming phone calls and directing them appropriately
• Handling basic administrative tasks using computer software
• Maintaining organized records and schedules
• Processing registrations 

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Proficient computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness and eligibility to become a licensed Notary Public
